Click on one of the links at the left to learn more about the primary services we provide to clients.  Short descriptions of each service are shown below to help you decide which area of our practice is of most interest to you.

Business Law typically involves starting a business, forming corporations, partnerships, LLCs, planning for corporate succession, buying and selling businesses, litigation and contract issues.

Elder Law is becoming a more relevant issue as our population ages.  We can help with planning for retirement, for medical needs (Medicare planning), and for estate planning, including durable powers of attorney, wills, trusts, and more.

Family Law deals with the issues of divorce, child custody, adoption, child support, alimony, and protection from abuse proceedings.

Litigation is the area of law involving taking a case before a judge and jury.  Legal disputes sometimes cannot be resolved without going to trial.  We litigate numerous cases involving personal injuries, family law disputes, construction disputes, collections, contracts, consumer complaints, real estate, landlord-tenant disputes and more.

Municipal Law involves representing clients before municipal bodies, including boroughs, zoning boards, townships, etc.  Our firm also represents a number of municipal boards in York County.

Personal Injury Law involves primarily car accidents and motorcycle accidents.  We represent only plaintiffs (injured parties who are not at fault), we do not represent insurance companies.

Real Estate Law We represent both buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial real estate matters, estate settlements, deeds, mortgages, and contracts. We also deal with lord-tenant disputes, real estate tax planning, zoning issues and the Clean and Green program.

Wills and Estates Planning involves writing wills, administering estates, tax planning and preparation, and estate planning.
